Registration

Registration details for the conference are now available. Please note that fees vary depending on the type of registration and the date of payment.

Conference registration fee includes:

• Attendance to all conference activities.
• Conference Proceedings.
• Publication and diffusion of your presentations.
• Certificate of presentation only those papers that were presented in the conference.
• Gala dinner.

For paper presentation at the Conference and publication in the Proceedings, one registration per paper is required by July 24, 2026. Please, take care to choose the proper fee regarding the additional papers. Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.

Note that payment must be done before July 31, 2026, to maintain the early registration fee.

Important:

• The gala dinner will take place on Thursday, October 22, 2026.
• A maximum of one additional paper per registration is allowed, with an extra fee of € 50.
• Postgraduate students fee must justify their condition sending the proof to info@teemconference.eu.
• Accompanying person extra fee (+€ 60) includes participation in the gala dinner.

Registration Instructions

Please follow these steps for the registration for TEEM 2026 Conference and pay attention to the requirements

For any questions regarding invoices or the registration payment process, please contact info@teemconference.eu directly. 

1. STEP 1: Begin the registration clicking on the following link:  REGISTRATION – available soon.
   • You can choose the languages between English and Portuguese to complete the form.
2. STEP 2: You must to accept the conditions and enter your email to continue with the preregistration process.
3. STEP 3: Complete with your personal data
4. STEP 4: Choose the proper fee regarding the additional papers:
   • Choose one of these:
      Standard Early (until July 31, 2026): € 370
     Reduced Early Postgraduate students and chairs (until July 31, 2026): € 290
   • and check the box in Type of Registration if you have an additional paper:
      Additional paper (+€ 50)
   • Important: Postgraduate students fee must justify their condition sending the proof to info@teemconference.eu
5. STEP 5: Complete invoice data
   • Important: Your invoice will be generated with this data so pay attention in this field. 
6. STEP 6: Your preregistration is done. You will receive an email with the data and more instructions for payment.
7. STEP 7: A proforma invoice is created. You can download it.
8. STEP 8: Payment. You can pay by bank transfer, and you will find the necessary data in your confirmation email.  Payment must be done before July 31, 2026, to maintain the Early Registration fee.

Once you pay the registration/enrollment fees, we will notify you of your definitive admission and the final invoice will be created. You can download it ONLY ONCE through the link received by email.

Summer holidays at Polytechnic of Porto are on August, so the registrations during that period will receive the invoice or the confirmation of registration only on September.
