The following steps are required for final acceptance of your contribution:
1) At least one of the authors of the paper must be registered in the conference – https://2026.teemconference.eu/registration/. Deadline 24 July 2026.
2) Prepare the camera-ready version following all the reviewers’ recommendations that you have received by email. If not, the paper will not be published in the proceedings. This must be done before 24 July 2026.
- The paper length will be between 8-10 pages including images and references.
- The paper must be written in English, following the template provided by Springer.
- Do not include a subtitle, only a title. If you want to include a subtitle, use a colon.
- Abstract length must have between 150-250 words. Only one paragraph.
- Include the authors’ names, affiliations, email and ORCID number.
- Reference Format is Springer Basic Style (cite with number, no with author and year) (https://resource-cms.springernature.com/springer-cms/rest/v1/content/27841326/data/v1). Cite references with numbers in square brackets. If you use Endnote, you can use Lecture Notes in Computer Science style. Same style for Zotero.
3) Update the final version in a .zip file with:
- MS Word version (If you used LaTeX, include the sources).
- PDF version.
- Copyright for publication. Each corresponding author should print the form, enter the title of the chapter as well as the names of the authors at the top of the form and sign it. No digital sign. Handmade signed. The copyright template is different for each track. Please, be sure that you sign the copyright submitted together the paper acceptation.
Aditional information about the Copyright for each track will be provided in due time.
4) Check the data in EasyChair. Ensure that title, abstract, keywords, authors’ names, affiliations and authors’ order are correct. We will use that data to prepare the final version of the proceedings.
5) Springer checks plagiarism before publishing the conference papers to ensure originality. The system detects instances of overlapping and similar text. Please, avoid plagiarism or self-plagiarism when you prepare the camera-ready version. TEEM Conference is not responsible for publication problems with Springer concerning plagiarism. Authors are responsible for avoiding plagiarism in their manuscripts.
